Grievance Procedures

Oluwadoyinsolami Academy is committed to providing a fair and transparent process for resolving concerns. Participants who have a grievance regarding instructional content, communication, scheduling, or program experience must submit the concern in writing within 5 business days of the issue. Grievances may be submitted via email: training@oluwadoyinsolamiacademy.com or designated form.

The Academy will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and conduct a review, which may include speaking with the participant and any relevant staff or partners. A written response outlining the resolution or next steps will be provided within 15 business days. If the participant is not satisfied with the outcome, they may request a secondary review by sponsoring payer, and Academy leadership. All grievances are handled confidentially and without retaliation.

Refund Policy

Participants must attend a mandatory training information session before registering to ensure they understand program expectations, exam‑preparation requirements, and scheduling. Due to the nature of online instruction, limited training seats, and immediate access to digital exam‑preparation materials, event fees, and space rentals all payments are non‑refundable.

If a participant misses their scheduled start date, they may request to join a future training information session (recommended for all registered participants), subject to availability, or may choose to donate their seat as a scholarship opportunity for another qualified learner. No refunds are issued for missed sessions, non‑attendance, or incomplete participation. Requests may be submitted via email: training@oluwadoyinsolamiacademy.com or designated form.

Refund exceptions may be considered only in documented cases of federally recognized extenuating circumstances, such as hospitalization, serious injury, military deployment, or the death of an immediate family member. Written notification and documentation must be submitted within five business days of the event for review. Approval of exceptions is not guaranteed and is determined on a case‑by‑case basis. Refunds, when approved, are issued only to the original paying entity. After five business days, the participant forfeits refund eligibility.

By registering, participants acknowledge they have reviewed all program requirements and agree to the terms of this policy.
